Infants and Toddlers
The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends a first visit once the first tooth appears, usually by one year of age. Early visits are short and gentle, mostly about getting your child comfortable with us.

Your Child's Visit
Our waiting room has a play area with toys and video games, so the visit starts before your child even sits in the dentist chair.
We gain your child's trust with a friendly, caring approach, explaining what's happening in positive, age-appropriate language.
Every visit is unhurried. We're a practice built just for children, so nothing here is adapted from adult dentistry.
You're welcome in the exam room with your child, and we encourage it.
Pediatric Care From Infants to Teens
The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends a first visit once the first tooth appears, usually by one year of age. Early visits are short and gentle, mostly about getting your child comfortable with us.
Checkups and cleanings every six months, fluoride and varnish treatments, and sealants on the six- and twelve-year molars to protect the grooves where decay usually starts.
Continued preventive care, guidance on diet and hygiene, and treatment planned around school and sport commitments, so dental care fits your teenager's schedule.

Gentle Care
We gain your child's trust with a friendly, caring approach. Our team is compassionate about the fears a child may bring into a dental office, and we use positive language to turn that around. Where a child needs more support than reassurance alone, we offer nitrous oxide, oral conscious sedation, IV sedation, and, for complex cases, general anesthesia at Texas Children's Hospital.
